1. Full Refund with 48-Hour Notice:
- We offer a 100% refund of your deposit and/or prepayment if you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your scheduled transport date.
2. 20% Deposit Retained with Less Than 48-Hour Notice:
- If you need to cancel your transport with less than 48 hours of notice, a 20% retention fee of the deposit amount will be applied.
3. Weather and Driving Conditions Disclaimer:
- Weather and driving conditions may vary based on the states involved in your transport. Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, may result in transport delays.
4. Guaranteed Critical & Time-Sensitive Shipments:
- For critical and time-sensitive shipments, we guarantee adherence to the agreed-upon timeline. In the rare event that we are unable to meet the specified schedule, you will be issued a refund.
5. No Refunds for Last-Minute Cancellations:
- Refunds will not be provided for last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled transport.
6. Refund Processing Time:
- We are committed to processing refunds in a timely manner.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- If you used a payment method other than a credit card, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed.
